    随着人工智慧与数位科技的快速发展，传统法律制度正面临重大挑战，尤其在个资保护、演算法责任与科技治理等领域。申请人以法律学为基础，期望在科技法律研究所中深入探讨「人工智慧与yingsi权法制」议题，从b较法与实证研究两面向，分析欧美AI监管模式与我国法制之差异，并提出具前瞻X的政策建议。未来将以跨域视野投身数位治理与法制研究，致力於建立兼顾创新与公民权益的科技法律架构，推动社会的法治进步与科技1UN1I发展。

    Abstract
